Delete your data
Disconnect Gmail (immediate, self-serve)
Sign in to Laboryn, open Connections, and on the Gmail card choose Disconnect Gmail. Laboryn immediately deletes the stored Google access and refresh tokens, asks Google to revoke them (best effort), stops monitoring the mailbox, pauses email automation, and deletes the short encrypted decision snapshots for your workspace.
Laboryn never stores your Gmail message bodies, so there is nothing further to delete on its side. Disconnecting does not touch your Gmail account: any reply draft already created in your Gmail Drafts folder stays there for you to keep, edit or delete. You can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Delete specific content
Knowledge entries can be edited or deleted in the Knowledge area. Decision snapshots delete themselves after 72 hours.
Delete your whole workspace
Email jad@laboryn.com from the workspace owner's address and ask for your workspace and its data to be deleted. We verify ownership, confirm scope, then delete the workspace and all associated data — memberships, connector settings and encrypted tokens, Gmail routing metadata, email job records, Knowledge entries and their history, mission results, automation configuration, usage records, and Shopify data if connected — and confirm completion to you. Residual copies in encrypted backups age out on a short rotation.
AI provider
Laboryn does not keep a retrievable copy of the text sent to the AI provider for classification. Any provider-side retention is governed by our agreement with that provider.
