The service
Laboryn is an AI assistant that drafts email replies and answers order-status questions for small merchant operations. It is provided during a private beta, as-is, and may change or pause.
Your responsibilities
- Use Laboryn only for a business you are authorised to act for.
- You are responsible for reviewing drafts before they are sent, and for any message you or the workspace sends.
- Do not use Laboryn to send unlawful, deceptive or abusive messages.
- Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity in your workspace.
Connected accounts
You may connect Google and Shopify accounts you control. You can disconnect at any time. Laboryn requests the narrowest scopes it needs (read Gmail, manage drafts; read Shopify orders and customers).
Plans and billing
New accounts start on the Free plan. During the beta, paid plans are activated manually after we confirm with you; no payment is collected through this website. See the Refund Policy.
Availability and liability
The beta is offered without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Laboryn is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
