What Laboryn actually does
Reads new inbox mail
With your consent, Laboryn reads new incoming messages in the connected Gmail inbox. It does not bulk-read your old mail.
Drafts, doesn't send
Replies are created as real drafts in your own Gmail. Automatic sending is off by default and never applies to sensitive topics like refunds or payments.
Order status from Shopify
Read-only access to orders and customers lets Laboryn answer order-status questions from your own store data.
Grounded in your answers
For general questions Laboryn only uses business facts you have approved in the Knowledge area.
Minimal data to the AI
Only the plain-text message and your approved facts go to the AI provider. No attachments, no tokens, no cookies. Message bodies are not stored by Laboryn.
You can disconnect anytime
Disconnecting deletes the stored Google tokens, asks Google to revoke them, stops monitoring and removes the short decision snapshots.
Honest status
Laboryn is a private beta. Google OAuth verification, the real-provider end-to-end tests and third-party security assessment are still in progress. Billing is handled manually while we finalise it. We will not pretend otherwise on this site.
