Google User Data & Limited Use
Scopes Laboryn requests
gmail.readonly— to read new incoming messages in the connected inbox for classification and drafting.gmail.compose— to create reply drafts in your Gmail, and, only if you explicitly enable automatic sending for safe categories, to send a draft you have configured it to send.
No other Google scopes are requested.
How Google user data is used
Message content is used only to classify the message and draft a reply. The plain-text body is sent to our AI provider for that single purpose. Laboryn does not store Gmail message bodies. Short encrypted decision snapshots (sender, subject, summary, drafted reply) are kept at most 72 hours, or deleted immediately on disconnect.
Limited Use
Laboryn's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to train generalised AI models. It is not transferred to others except as needed to provide or improve Laboryn's user-facing features, for security, or to comply with law.
Revoking access
Disconnect in Laboryn's Connections screen, or revoke at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
